Thom Wade

Title:

Trustee, Head of Volunteer Recruitment

Role at The Greener Earth Project:

Thom is responsible for all aspects of volunteer recruitment, from identifying roles to recruiting and onboarding. On top of this, he is responsible for all HR policies.

March 2020

Previous experience:

Thom is a former languages teacher. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of a children’s activity centre, where he was responsible for the day-to-day management, HR, and finances.
